The days are getting shorter and colder here in Helsinki. Luckily the dark autumn is filled with exciting entrepreneurial events. Here’s a list of some of them:
Nordic Business Forum, 26-27.09 Exhibition & Convention Centre in Helsinki. With speakers like President Barack Obama, this is an event you don’t want to miss. Organized since 2010, this event has grown into one of the most significant business seminars in the world with an attendance of 7,500 people in 2017 (and over 15,000 live stream viewers).
Fallup, 2.10, Exhibition & Convention Centre in Helsinki. Organized by Aaltoes this event has in three years grown into one of the biggest entrepreneurship events for students. This event is perfect for students and entrepreneurs who want to become part of the start-up ecosystem in Finland. Fallup will offer demo boots, workshops, meeting areas, and of course an epic afterparty. Be sure not to miss this exciting event.
Junction, 23-15.11, Dipoli, Otakaari 24, 02150 Espoo, Finland. One of Europe’s biggest hackathon with over a thousand developers attending from over 80 different nationalities. Dealing with tracks like: blockchain, Internet of Things, and AI and big data.
Slush 4-5.12, Exhibition & Convention Centre in Helsinki. The biggest entrepreneurial event of 2018. Check out my blogpost from before about Slush if you feel like you’re not that familiar with it.
